The Inspired Person And The Mind's True Revolution

The inspired person obtains joy 
By creating new works,
Even if no one knows he is making new works.  
The inspired person isn't working for high grades.  
He is so happy, he doesn't need more than you have.

Other people aren't happy 
Unless they are competing for
Points, rewards, money, sex, jobs, or honors.  
When children learn the old way of uninspired persons,
Competition squeezes out many children, who realize
They are inferior and can't ever get praise.  But only
A few of these multitudes become inspired rather than
Destructive.

Leaving out inspiration, just consider 
Two cultures A and B, each with a million persons.  
In culture A everyone is a helpful servant of 
Everyone else and everyone has food, shelter, 
Medical care, and education, so that every talent 
Is encouraged and acknowledged, yes,
Even logic and reason!  
The old rule of ruthless egocentrism has been 
Seen for what it is, the habit of
Mindless, illogical, 
Antisocial animal beasts.

In culture A, every musician has an audience, and all
Different styles of music are enjoyed.  All different
Styles of writing and art are appreciated.  In the arts
There isn't this strong modern emphasis on noise,
Violence, and passion.  The more intelligent social
Paradigm has been recognized for what it is.  And no
One goes homeless and hungry any more.  And no one goes
Without good medical care.

In culture B, there is some other basic social standard.
Maybe the standard is "Black is beautiful."  Or maybe
It's "Gentlemen prefer blondes".  Or maybe every boy's
Dream is to be a rich computer programmer like Bill
Gates, or a football hero or astronaut.  The life of a
Past prophet and saint isn't high on the boy's list
Today!  But logic shows you clearly this future culture
Is the culture in which the Vincent Van Goghs, the
Mozarts, and the Galois' don't fall through the cracks
And die decades before most comfortable people die.
