1.
The spider's devotion
Is its web.
The maid's devotion is her face.
To preserve and perpetuate
The species
Is the species'
Urgent need.
So the good man
Is but a fly
Stuck in the web
Spun by his lady,
Or he is caught up in some
Sublimated enthusiasm,
Singing, talking, selling
Or even fighting
On behalf of some
Other substitute
For
His One True God.
2.
The first man
Was a weak bull ape
Depraved of sexual
Satisfaction.
Through sublimation
He became inspired
And began transforming reality.
Now every man is encapsulated.
He spends his life
Encapsulated
Inside of vagina-like
Containers
First conceived by
Creative
Minds.
3.
Men encapsulated
In clothing
Also
Live encapsulated
Inside of cars and houses.
Even nubile mobile
Goods are transported
In boxes
And bottles
Running on wheels.
Man has employed
His sublimated sex drive,
That is his inspiration,
To live in a manufactured
Womb life
Unable to perceive
The modern reality.
4.
Able to
Blast off,
The sexually satisfied man
Is happy and content.
The man who's not content
Feels trapped
Like a fly in a spider's web.
As each
Modern space-man
Struggles mightily
To excel,
He calls the spider
Forth
To come and
Suck out his blood.
Modern cultures vanish
Not knowing why
Even as
Penises dressed up to
Look like space ships
Or candles
Accelerate
Rocketmen
Into the Higher Reality.
5.
The spider's joy
Is weaving silk.
High in the air
She cavorts
On her stomach.
Work and joy
Are the same to
The spider.
She is the genius
And the wizard
Epitomized.
Men are so eager
For what isn't natural
Because what is natural
Has been denied
Them
For so long.
Men die in cold, dry hate
Years after
They were conceived
In warm, wet love.
Men spin in grief
Because they can't
Walk straight.
Hate has diced
Human brains.
Men don't learn to spin
In the air
Like spiders do.
6.
All that is natural
For a man,
And all that is right
For him
Is hiding
In the deep jungle.
His mate is
Patiently waiting for him
To come, come, come, come
And come to her
Under the stillness
Of the
Round
White
Moon
And spin, spin, spin, spin and spin
Her around
In a swoon.
7.
The student is expected
To be an achiever.
The spider spins her web
Without articulating
Any reason to him.
What is done to children
Isn't explained to them.
Culture emulates the spider
And each achiever shows us
Sparkling orbs
In the dawn's
Early light.
For every creature
The strongest urge
Is the same
Inspiration and joy.
8.
The lamp is lit.
The dark room
Is filled with light.
See those paintings
On the wall?
In your eyes
Let new lines
Shimmer now
To be read
And quoted.
Just set your pen
To paper
And spin out
Some novelty.
9.
The lamp is lit!
The sun has risen!
May today be
Resurrection
And the rejuvenation
Of
Your heart!
10.
The lamp is lit!
May all the rages
Of ancient Rome
Be washed away
Along
With all your
Fearsome dark images.
11.
The lamp is lit.
I see your eyes shine.
Long may the spider's antics
Be your delight
As well as mine.
